Optimalisasi Manajemen BK untuk Pengembangan Karir Siswa di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan 1 GP

Manajemen Bimbingan dan Konseling (BK) di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) berperan penting dalam pengembangan karir siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi implementasi manajemen BK di SMK 1 GP, mengidentifikasi kendala, dan merumuskan strategi optimalisasi. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan triangulasi data dari wawancara, observasi, analisis dokumen, dan survei terhadap 100 siswa. Hasil survei menunjukkan rata-rata skor persepsi siswa pada indikator kepuasan, relevansi informasi karir, dan keterlibatan dalam program masing-masing sebesar 35.34, 34.14, dan 34.61. Program BK mencakup bimbingan individu, kelompok, dan pelatihan keterampilan kerja, namun terdapat kendala seperti rasio guru BK yang tidak ideal, minimnya pelatihan teknologi digital, serta lemahnya kolaborasi dengan dunia industri. Optimalisasi dapat dilakukan melalui pelatihan guru BK, integrasi teknologi digital, dan penguatan kemitraan dengan industri. Teori Holland direkomendasikan dalam asesmen kepribadian untuk membantu siswa memilih jalur karir sesuai potensi. Layanan BK di SMK 1 GP berkontribusi positif, tetapi perlu penguatan lebih lanjut guna mencapai layanan yang optimal.
