Menganalisis Tingkat self-efficacy ditinjau dari Gender dan Fase Capaian Pembelajaran

Self-efficacy merupakan keyakinan individu terhadap kemampuan diri dalam menyelesaikan tugas, berperan penting dalam mempengaruhi kinerja akademik siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat self-efficacy siswa SMA berdasarkan gender dan fase capaian pembelajaran populasi siswa SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Demak, yang melibatkan 635 siswa sebagai sampel. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis Two-Way ANOVA. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat perbedaan signifikan dalam tingkat self-efficacy antara siswa laki-laki dan perempuan di mana siswa laki-laki memiliki tingkat self-efficacy yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan siswa perempuan. (2) tidak ditemukan perbedaan signifikan dalam self-efficacy berdasarkan fase capaian pembelajaran dan (3) tidak ada interaksi signifikan antara gender dan fase capaian. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya self-efficacy dalam konteks pendidikan, serta menunjukkan bahwa gender dapat mempengaruhi keyakinan diri siswa dalam belajar, meskipun fase capaian pembelajaran tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan bagi pendidik dan pengambil kebijakan dalam merancang strategi pembelajaran yang lebih efektif.
